• Received the wrong item? Sorry about that! Contact us right away so we can
get you taken care of.

• Not happy with an item? No problem! Email( LESWIN@LESWINJEWELRY.COM) to help
us make it right with you.

• Please note, if the address provided in your order is incorrect, you will Not
be refunded.

•••••Shipping•••••

• We ship using USPS First Class, usually that is 3-5 business days, with
Delivery Confirmation for orders within the United States. A tracking number
will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. USPS shipping upgrades are
available at checkout. Unfortunately at this time USPS is experiencing delays
beyond our control. We thank you for your patience and wish everyone the best!

• I will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:

1. The address provided by you was not correct.

2. The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.

• I will offer the possibility to have the package reshipped once the jewelry
has been sent back to me. In that case, I will send you a message to confirm
the shipping address, and you will need to pay a re-shipping and handling costs
before sending the package again.

•••••INTERNATIONAL ORDERS•••••

• We use USPS First Class which in many cases your package will arrive between 1-3 weeks but can take up to 6-8 weeks. Unfortunately we do not have control over how long your countries customs charge and how long they hold your package. A package will not be considered lost before 8 weeks have passed. If a package does not arrive to the destination within the 8 weeks we will refund you for the amount of your order but the shipping cost will be your responsibility. Also if an item does not arrive the first time we will not send the order out again.

•••••CUSTOMS•••••

• Please be aware that your country may charge you taxes, VAT, custom duties, handling/brokering fees or other amounts for imported goods which is the responsibility of the customer. Check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service with any concerns. Please be aware it is unlawful for me to falsify dollar amounts or mark your purchase as a "gift" in order to avoid duty charges. Delays in customs are beyond the control of the USPS and our shop. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or issues with postal services.


• Make sure to double check your address, any returned packages will not be reimbursed the cost of shipping. •

• We do not accept any package which integrity has been compromised or shows clear signs of having been opened and resealed. Note that the only authority allowed to open the package during the transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.
